

Dave Straub - Co-Founder and CEO
Dave is a decorated Vietnam War veteran, an award-winning radio
and television broadcaster and successful businessman. In addition
to serving at virtually every level of the broadcasting industry,
including a White House correspondent for NBC, Dave was a member of the team that assisted Ted Turner in the development of the initial news format for CNN where he anchored the news and held several management positions.
During his broadcast career, Dave was awarded The Dupont-Columbia Scepter Excellence in Broadcasting award, the Edward R. Murrow Investigative Reporting Award, and dozens of Associated Press, United Press International, Sigma Delta Chi awards and many other broadcasting achievement awards.
Dave has been CEO of several companies prior to co-founding APSI.
Jim Berry - Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer
Jim has more than thirty years experience in management, strategic planning and corporate development. In addition to his experiences as a dual-engine, instrument-rated aviator Jim’s early work career was spent as a construction inspector. Prior to co-founding APSI Jim served in various regional and executive sales management positions including VP of International sales, with Americal Corporation and MCI.
Jim is a member of World Changers Church and is the inspirational leader of APSI’s faith-based leadership team.
Paul Brown - President
Paul has 34 years of domestic and international executive management experience focusing on management consulting, program management, business development, industry marketing management, product development and business operations management.
Prior to joining APSI Paul was with BearingPoint, Inc. as a Senior Vice President. Paul joined BearingPoint, then known as KPMG LLP, in February of 1998 in Washington, DC, as a direct entry Partner. Prior to joining KPMG Paul was an Associate Vice President with Computer Sciences Corporation where he was responsible for projects in the United States, Latin America and Europe.
Paul began his work career in 1970 with the IBM Corporation where he spent eighteen years before joining Digital Equipment Corporation.
